"We Got Lost On The Other Side Of Wilderness" is the film Sara is currently working on, a work she started around two years ago.

We have made two erotic animated shortfilms the last two years, the sex-educational old school cartoony and dramatic 5 minutes "Little Vulvah & Her Clitoral Awareness" that is around the world on festivals right now and the erotic, poetic and exiting 7 minutes surrelatistic trip "NAKED LOVE - Ea's Garden" that last year was on more than 80 festivals and won 9 awards…

"We Got Lost on the Other Side of Wilderness"

The film is an erotic epic lovestory, a modern fairy-tale in a burlesque near-future paralelworld, where humanity is living under the constant threat of an inevitable natural catastrophe, but still is continuing their destructive ways, trying to escape their destiny with mindless consumerism. And all over the place, nature is trying to get through the clean and cultivated appearance of human culture including of course on the erotic field…

The two main characters Storm and Saga were best friends as children, but they were brutally seperated just as they began to explore their innocent growing sexuality together. Now as adults they are working and living in the city, both very open sexual beings looking for love and pleasure.

Storm is frequenting the city night life - especially the burlesque club “The Wilderness” - fullfillings his need of passionate sex, and he is known as one of the best bangs in the city. Early in the morning he allways have to leave the warm beds, to work in the huge garbage industry, where the garbage is recycled and used to build the big dam that is keeping the raising sea from flooding the city.

Saga is a linguist travelling the world, with a speciality in the languages of nature and she just arrived in the city where Storm lives… Her studies in bodylanguages combined with her urge to express her passionate love makes her an exellent lover, with a lot of broken hearts in her trail. She is so good at the languages of nature that she can actually talk with animals, and they tell as a consequence of the behavoir of the humans, something terrible will happen soon, and they beg her to stop it.

But the film is not only about Storm and Saga, it is about all of us. We are going to get to know the freaky and sexy people from scene around the burlesque club “The Wilderness”, and be invited into a world where one story takes the other, and we are going on a trip in different peoples sexual worlds, as the main story unfolds: We are going to get exited about Storms passionate erotic meetings and Sagas seductive adventures, and we are longing for their trail to cross, but every time they are just about to meet eachother again, something happens… Will they ever reunite? Will the dam collapse and the culture of humans be destroyed forever? Will humanity ever learn?

The Timeconsuming and Hard but Great Work of Making an Handdrawn Animationfilm

"We Got Lost" is planned to be somewhere between 25 and 45 minutes and it is going to take a huge lot of work to get there… Every second of film is aproximately 12 original drawings, that makes 720 drawings pr. minute and between 18.000 and 32.400 ORIGINAL DRAWINGS for this film…

"Ea's Garden" and "Little Vulvah" was un-funded, we had no money what so ever and we where working between jobs to finish the film, and it could only be possible because it was such small films with small stories and themes… A film like "We Got Lost" can only succed if enough backers are helping us so we at Christmass evening have money enough for at team of people working on the film every day until it is finished.

We tried to calculate and we found out that we can make a film with script, designs, animation, backgrounds, coloring, actors for speak, music and sound for 75.000$… Yes it is a lot of money… Yes, it is a very small budget for an handdrawn animationfilm of that length, but we are used to make ends meet, and with this amount of money we hopefully can have Worldpremiere on "We Got Lost" in 2016!
